As their is no computerised system present at the moment all activities are recored as a file, swimming and use of the gym are the only activities which do not need to be pre-booked
The bookings and memberships are taken at the reception desk in the Sports Hall. Bookings for activities must currently be made in person or over the phone at the site where the activity takes place
